Responsibilities

Coordinate and commission blogs, editorial projects, and thought leadership. Manage the editorial process, tracking results and refining content strategies
Drive relevant B2B and B2C content, growing each channel while enhancing conversion
Expertise in keeping complex projects on schedule using tools such as Asana and Google Workspace. Experience tracking and managing project hours, estimates, and overages
Familiarity with technical SEO and data-driven publishing strategies
Ability to leverage tools and brand knowledge to ensure all content is accurate and on-brand
Ability to oversee media plans, creative campaigns, and planning and coordinate with agencies and internal teams
Preferred experience with technical project management and website maintenance and enhancement
Ability to conduct post-project reviews and maintain a marketing dashboard for channel effectiveness

Required

Four-year college degree
3-6+ years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager (Junior–Mid level)
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager
Strong leadership skills with hands-on experience in managing advertising, marketing and media presence
In-depth knowledge of marketing best practices and data-driven processes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on business brand management and client satisfaction
Able to work with ambiguity and be resourceful — creative problem solver with low reliance on delegation
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Comfortable working independently to complete deliverables when timelines are at risk
Detail-oriented with strong process management skills
Flexible and adaptable; able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
Willingness to roll up sleeves and take on a variety of tasks beyond traditional project

Preferred

Understanding of the educational technology market and trends preferred
Preferred experience with technical project management and website maintenance and enhancement
