Responsibilities
Oversee the assistive technology loan locker at this site
Oversee the durable medical equipment (DME) refurbishing and reutilization program for this site
Serve as the primary contact with UK St. Claire healthcare system
Attends regional health fairs to promote center activities as needed
Enters AT and DME loan information into the AT4ALL database
Designs, educates, and facilitates clinical process improvement initiatives
Maintain routine communication with the ACAT personnel in Hazard
Maintain device quality database and manages staff and program operations
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in health or related field
Degree from an accredited program in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language pathology
2-3 years' experience as a rehabilitation therapist
Licensed rehabilitation therapist (e.g. physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech and language pathologist)
