NL-26-010 SATCOM Test and Evaluation Engineer

nLogic is seeking a SATCOM Test and Evaluation Engineer to join their team in El Segundo, CA. This role involves supporting Systems Engineering & Integration activities for US Space Force satellite communications and requires collaboration with various stakeholders to lead technical discussions and develop evaluation strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop T&E strategies, Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) content, verification plans, test objectives, test procedures, and evaluation criteria
Collect, analyze, and report T&E data
Supporting implementation of common Test and Evaluation database for the program
Supporting development of DoD compliant deficiency reporting and resolution system
Participate in T&E reviews, audits, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Deficiency Review Boards (DRBs), Materiel Improvement Process Review Boards (MIPRBs), and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)
Support and observe test execution at DoD and contractor facilities

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in engineeringTest & Evaluation experienceSATCOM system testingINCOSE CSEP/ESEP certificationMicrosoft WordMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft PowerPointCommunication skillsTeamwork skillsPresentation skills

Required

Active Secret clearance required for this position
Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or a related technical field
3–5 years of experience supporting or executing multi-faceted test activities
Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred

Top Secret clearance
3–5 years of Test & Evaluation experience with DoD/USAF processes
Master's degree in a relevant technical field
Experience with SATCOM system testing
5+ years of systems engineering experience
INCOSE CSEP/ESEP certification
Experience working with military or DoD civilian partners
