Responsibilities
Update and edit website content in Wordpress according to accessibility requirements
Document completed work in shared Excel tracking sheets
Track, manage, and complete assigned tasks in ADA monitoring software
Assist with website inventories and content audits as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required
One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required
Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description
Preferred
Experience with website content management systems, such as Drupal, WordPress or something similar
Experience in HTML, CSS tags, etc
Knowledge of Adobe tools - Acrobat, PDF viewer, accessibility tools, etc
Experience in updating websites
Customer service experience
(Bonus but not required) Interest in web accessibility, front-end development, QA, or UX/UI
(Bonus but not required) Knowledge of WCAG and media accessibility principles
