Responsibilities
Execute and monitor experiments and A/B tests to evaluate partnership performance and subscriber impact
Analyze experiment results using SQL, Sigma, and spreadsheet tools; translate findings into clear insights and next steps
Track partnership and campaign performance metrics, preparing weekly reports and summaries for cross-functional stakeholders
Launch and support high-impact partnership campaigns in collaboration with Marketing, Product, Ad Ops, Analytics, Finance, and Engineering teams
Support the growth and lifecycle management of partnerships to improve member value and retention
Build workback schedules and ensure campaigns and experiments run smoothly from launch through post-analysis
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or new opportunities and proactively propose solutions
Summarize insights and recommendations for audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels
Intermediate SQL experience (required)
Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (required)
Comfortable working cross-functionally across strategy, operations, product, marketing, analytics, and technical teams
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Self-starter with a bias for action who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and processes quickly
Preferred
Experience working with data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Sigma or similar platforms preferred)
