Finance system manager(NetSuite)
Qualification
Required
Requires 5-7 years of experience in a similar role and subject matter expertise
Bachelor's degree in relevant area, or other related field equivalent work experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, and data management
Relevant IT program management work experience
Experience with NetSuite, Workday Adaptive, Dynamics 365 Sales, and other relevant financial systems (Ramp, ADP Workforce Now, DocuSign CLM a plus)
Must be self-managing, highly motivated and have a strong commitment to quality
Ability to comprehend and break down complex business concepts quickly
Able to take creative approaches to solving challenging problems in a collaborative setting
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Strong understanding of business processes and customer service issues
Ability to effectively manage simultaneous assignments with minimal supervision
