Responsibilities
Focus on improving end-to-end processes that start and end with the customer experience
Work with the team to determine business challenges and identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
Responsible for the vetting, recommended approach, execution, deployment, and support of advanced technologies to best support business challenges
Track performance metrics and measurements against targets set by senior leaders
Strong focus on automation of manual processes, anticipating technology issues, and providing solutions and service improvements
Qualification
Required
6+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development and support
Strong understanding of UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and Robot components
Experience with incident management and root cause analysis in production environments
UiPath Advanced Developer Certification
Experience with UiPath Document Understanding and UiPath Apps
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA
