The full employee lifecycle, including talent strategy, onboarding, performance, engagement, development, and retention
Leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design to support a growing, evolving organization

Required

At least 10 years of progressive HR experience
A minimum of three years management level experience
Leads with integrity, empathy, and clarity
Understands that trust and culture are strategic assets, not abstract ideals
Brings depth in organizational design, talent strategy, and change leadership
Is comfortable operating at both enterprise and human levels
Is energized by mission-driven work and long-term community impact

Preferred

A bachelor's degree
Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-CP, or SCP are valued
Nonprofit experience
Experience working with a Board of Directors
Real estate development, construction and/or retail industry experience
