Responsibilities
Support process improvement initiatives across areas like Repulping, Delivery Systems, Forming, and Coating
Perform data collection, testing, and analysis to identify and solve process issues
Assist with developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and plant teams on equipment optimization and maintenance projects
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts using Lean Six Sigma tools such as DMAIC
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in or recently completed a Technical or Engineering program (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar)
1+ year of experience in a manufacturing setting (pulp or paper preferred)
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eager to learn
