This role is critical to the company's financial health and scalability, working closely with leadership and external partners while reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities
Own all accounting and bookkeeping for REP Labs and all internally owned brands in Quickbooks Online
Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and invoicing
Oversee payroll processing and provide light HR support
File and manage state sales tax compliance for brands with nexus
Maintain organized, up-to-date data rooms with financial documentation for all entities
Ensure entity compliance, including general liability insurance and required filings
Maintain basic tax oversight and serve as the primary point of contact with CPAs for:
Year-end taxes
1099 filings
General tax coordination and communication
Improve financial processes, reporting, and internal controls as the company scales
Prepare to eventually build and manage an internal accounting/finance team
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles
Proficiency in Quickbooks
Experience managing multi-entity accounting (agency, ecommerce, or portfolio brands preferred)
Strong understanding of ecommerce financials (COGS, inventory, sales tax, merchant processors, etc.)
Familiarity with payroll systems and basic HR processes
Experience working with CPAs and external tax partners
Highly organized, detail-driven, and process-oriented
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred
Experience managing multi-entity accounting (agency, ecommerce, or portfolio brands preferred)
