Responsibilities
Analyzes film data on current team and opponents and provides summary report and analysis to coaching staff and players
Assists with the coordination of daily administrative support, statistical analyses and opponent preparation to include, but is not limited to: The coordination of video cuts and distribution of preliminary offensive, defensive, and special teams scouting reports
Assists self-scouting offensive, defensive and special team's schemes
Supports the walk-on program with their research of prospective student athletes
Travels with coaching staff and team to provide statistical support
Responsible for identifying weaknesses in plays and suggests new strategies to coaching staff in practice
Responsible for overall game day preparation, statistical analysis, video analysis of opposing teams
Analyzes opposing team strategy, chart tendencies and proposes strategic plays
Assists with special projects assigned by the Defensive Coordinator, Offensive Coordinator and Head Football Coach
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and two years of experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent and experience equal to six years
Successful completion of a criminal history background check
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends
