Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to enhance productivity
Monitor day-to-day internal operations and updates
Prepare and manage client communication
Initiate and complete new client onboarding and application process
Initiate and complete investment account opening process
Prepare and run reports, illustrations, feedlists, etc
Compile meeting kits for upcoming meetings and reviews
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well with others
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong customer relationship and customer service skills
Life and Health licensed or gain licensing within 6 months of employment
Committed to professional development (i.e. licensing, registration, designations, etc.)
3-5 Years of relevant work experience
