Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders across Retail Operations, Marketing, Finance, and IT to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Lead discovery sessions and document process flows, use cases, screen mockups, report mockups, and test scenarios
Translate requirements into well-defined features, user stories, and tasks in Azure DevOps , including acceptance criteria
Collaborate with development teams to support backlog prioritization and efficient feature delivery
Participate in feature testing, validate business requirements, and support user adoption
Provide project status updates and assist in tracking risks, decisions, and action items
Support integration efforts across Salesforce CRM, Oracle ERP, APIs, and custom applications
Ensure compliance with SOX, audit controls, and PII handling standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong functional expertise in Salesforce CRM configuration and best practices

Experience with business analysis, process documentation, and Agile methodologies
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (or JIRA) for backlog and work item management
Retail domain experience including inventory, lead management, and sales processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
