Manage all facets of the case with minimal supervision
Provide excellent service to clients
Conduct discovery, including propounding written discovery, responding to discovery, depositions and preparing and responding to discovery motions
Forge and maintain relationships with clients, peers and other professionals
Qualification
Required
Active/Licensed attorney in good standing with the CA State Bar
5 years of experience with insurance defense litigation matters
Exceptional legal research, writing and analytical skills
Proficient in written and verbal communication especially considering the remote nature of collaborations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to conduct discovery, including propounding written discovery, responding to discovery, depositions and preparing and responding to discovery motions; familiarity with C.C.P. deadlines and procedures
Ability to forge and maintain relationships with clients, peers and other professionals
Professional demeanor at all times and adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards of the law profession
Attention to detail, highly organized and able to handle multiple cases
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel) as well as Adobe Acrobat
