Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
7+ years of experience in BI architecture and data engineering
12+ years of overall IT experience
Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks Lakehouse and Unity Catalog
Strong understanding of cloud-based data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics architecture
Proven experience creating and managing large-scale self-service data sets for diverse business users
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals

Preferred

Knowledge of Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse Analytics
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for BI solutions
Familiarity with DataOps practices
