Responsibilities
Partner with outside sales team to expand products and customer base
Collects market intelligence from customers regarding competitive situations, competitor pricing, market situations plus, and informs Branch Manager
Take inbound phone calls and emails from contractors and retail customers to process quotes and orders in a timely manner
Consult with clients/customers after sales to provide ongoing support
Prepares job order quotations based upon customer requests and information
Communicate by phone or email with customers from time of order to time of shipment
Qualification
Required
High School graduate or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of customer service / sales experience
Excellent phone and customer facing experience
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Computer literate and proficiency in MS applications (EXCEL required)
Preferred
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Decking/Railing experience is a plus
