Low Voltage Project Manager
ServicePoint IT is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join their team in Boise, ID. The role involves overseeing local projects, managing schedules and resources, and ensuring smooth operations while collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Manage local projects from initiation to completion, ensuring productivity, timelines, and financial performance are met
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules and resource allocation, to achieve objectives efficiently
Prepare small proposals for local sales by leveraging knowledge of material and labor costs
Oversee scheduling of field and team activities to ensure all resources are effectively utilized
Manage payroll, credit card approvals, and other administrative tasks associated with project execution
Address and resolve HR issues related to team performance, collaboration, and workload balance
Maintain consistent communication with management, subcontractors, and stakeholders to provide progress updates
Ensure all project information is accurately documented in an online collaboration system
Track and oversee project expenses, revenue, and financial performance to meet budget and profitability goals
Anticipate and plan for future workload needs to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations
Lead cross-functional teams to meet task and schedule requirements while ensuring quality standards
Drive all projects toward a place of smooth operation, addressing potential risks and ensuring long-term success
Stay informed about industry best practices and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience managing high-profile projects in fast-paced environments
Comprehensive knowledge of low-voltage systems and their applications
Proven expertise in project management principles, including financial oversight and risk management
Strong experience managing scheduling, payroll, and administrative processes like credit card approvals
Ability to resolve HR issues effectively while fostering a positive team environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership and organizational abilities
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting
Willingness to travel as needed
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate and address potential challenges
Ability to work in the Boise location for length of contract
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred); equivalent experience will be considered
