Head of Merchandising
Confidential company is seeking a Head of Merchandising who will lead the product strategy, development, and execution across the company’s portfolio. This role involves defining the product vision, collaborating with various teams, and driving a culture of innovation within the product management team.

Responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team
Collaborate with design, marketing, sourcing and sales teams to bring innovative products to market
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Prioritize product initiatives based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility
Establish key initiatives and measure product success through data-driven insights
Ensure smooth execution of product development processes from ideation to launch
Act as a key spokesperson for the product, both internally and externally
Build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to inform product decisions
Drive a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement within the product team
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record of launching successful products and driving business growth
Strong understanding of product development methodologies
Strong understanding of consumer product markets
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Passion for technology, innovation, and customer experience
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred
