Responsibilities
Coauthors prototypes, utilities, and supplementary tools to facilitate the integration and adoption of AI technologies
Identifies and addresses skill gaps by evaluating current AI literacy levels within development teams in partnership with business and IT stakeholders. Utilizes information to create customized solutions for each business unit
Assist in the creation and development of outcome-focused learning with clear pathways including formal courses, timely microbursts, social interactions, and practical on-the-job experiences
Fosters a continuous learning culture through interactive microlearning, coaching, and communities of practice
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years of experience working within the SDLC or enterprise IT as a developer, business analyst, project coordinator/manager, or some combination thereof
Experience with AI tools, either as a user or working on projects/initiatives related to AI use
Experience with training, mentoring, and/or change management
Strong communication skills with proven ability to clearly communicate complex technical topics and tailor messages to different stakeholder groups
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong knowledge of AI principles, techniques, and methodologies with an emphasis on software engineering
A background in software development with demonstrated ability to effectively coach technical teams and deliver hands-on, experiential learning sessions
Previous experience working with cross-functional teams, such as HR and various business units, to align learning initiatives with business strategy
