New Grad, Entry LevelApetan Consulting LLC is seeking an Educational Technology and Platform Specialist to provide technical and administrative support for the IEEE Learning Network. The role focuses on platform administration, troubleshooting, reporting, and operational coordination without involving instructional design or content creation.

Responsibilities
Serve as the IEEE Learning Network (ILN) Administrator
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer and partner technical issues
Collaborate with internal and external platform teams to implement technical fixes and enhancements
Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements to end-user support and operations
Upload courses to ILN as needed
Produce standard and custom ILN reports
Support creation of analytics and usage reports for IEEE eLearning products
Identify actionable insights, key trends, metrics, and user behavior
Respond to institutional customer data and reporting requests
Prepare product data for upload into internal IEEE systems
Participate in reviewing requirements for ILN enhancements
Write User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts
Participate in UAT, including issue resolution and reporting
Submit and monitor project management tickets using JIRA
Assist with onboarding and implementation of new ILN partners
Deliver SCORM sales orders as needed
Process internal reimbursements to ILN partners for ILN licenses
Write and update ILN user guides and technical documentation
Gather, generate, and review eLearning course catalog records following MARC standards and KBART title lists
Update and enhance existing catalog records to improve discoverability
Qualification
Required
Experience in technical support and administration of learning management systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
Experience in producing reports and analytics
Familiarity with data management and reporting requests
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Knowledge of project management tools, specifically JIRA
Strong documentation skills, including writing user guides and technical documentation
Ability to manage and enhance catalog records
