Recruitment Coordinator
Patagon Search is a well-regarded national law firm seeking an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to support its attorney recruiting function. This role involves assisting with lateral attorney hiring, associate recruiting, and summer associate programs, ensuring a seamless recruiting experience.
Responsibilities
Assist with attorney recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews with partners and associates
Serve as a liaison between the firm and legal search firms / placement agencies
Prepare and coordinate offer and decline letters
Update and maintain NALP forms annually
Coordinate on-campus interviews (OCI) and callback interviews with designated law schools
Build and maintain relationships with law school career services offices
Participate in on-campus and off-campus recruiting events and programs
Coordinate the summer associate program, including work assignments and social activities
Administer attorney job postings across law school and legal recruiting platforms
Maintain accurate recruiting records and data within the firm’s ATS
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong command of the English language
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data entry
Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, staff, and external contacts
Ideally a minimum of 1 year of experience in attorney recruiting or professional development within a law firm or similar professional services environment
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience in a law firm setting
