Responsibilities
Understand client challenges and clearly articulate the value of transformation in terms of measurable business outcomes
Provide thought leadership on the most critical issues facing utilities today and in the future
Continuously learn and apply emerging technologies and innovative advanced metering solutions for clients
Serve as a role model and coach for the next generation of Accenture managers and consultants
Champion the professional and personal success of people on your team
Build trusted advisor relationships across the client organization, from the C-suite to the front line, spanning both business and IT
Integrate and analyze business and operational data to uncover insights and enable evidence-based decision-making
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the utilities industry (electric and/or gas)
Minimum of 7 years of project implementation experience across AMI processes and technologies, including the integration of business and IT requirements into cohesive AMI solutions
Minimum of 7 years of functional experience working with major AMI product vendors and platforms (e.g., MDM, head-end systems, networks, meters), including but not limited to Itron, Landis+Gyr, Aclara, Sensus, Siemens, Oracle, and SAP
At least 3 years of experience working for a leading consulting organization
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
