Responsibilities
Maintain & calibrate instruments: pressure, flow, level, temperature
Troubleshoot control systems using schematics, P&IDs, and ladder logic
Work with PLCs, SCADA, and DCS systems
Install and commission new instruments, skids, and control components
Perform preventive & corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment
Follow NEC, OSHA, and NFPA 70E safety standards
Support outages, shutdowns, and emergency repairs
Keep work orders, calibration logs, and CMMS entries accurate and up to date
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Instrumentation/Electrical or strong military/technical background
3+ years industrial I&C experience: Power, chemical, refinery, utilities, or large manufacturing
Strong with process instruments
Ability to read schematics, loop diagrams, and P&IDs
PLC experience
Familiarity with HART, Modbus, Profibus, or other fieldbus systems
Preferred
CMMS experience preferred
