Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement PLC programs using Allen Bradley (RSLogix 500, RSLogix/Studio 5000, CCW) and Siemens (TIA Portal/S7/SIMATIC 505) platforms
Understanding technical and operational constraints to create project development and commissioning plans
Configure and manage Kepware for OPC communication between devices and systems
Write and optimize SQL queries for data logging, reporting, and system integration
Clear understanding of back-end computing infrastructure used in manufacturing (compute hardware, virtualization, OS’s, networking, databases, etc.) is a plus
Interacting with client for the requirement analysis, enhancement and support required
Perform on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and support at customer locations across the U.S
Maintain documentation for system architecture, code, and configurations
