Qualification
Required
2+ years of paralegal experience (personal injury experience preferred)
Thorough knowledge of civil litigation procedures, discovery rules, and e‑filing in Utah and U.S. District Court
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and thrive under deadlines while maintaining professionalism and empathy
Willingness to use AI tools to assist in your work
Bilingual (English/Spanish) or other language proficiency
Preferred
Experience in drafting initial disclosures, discovery requests, discovery responses, statements of discovery issues, subpoenas, expert disclosures, and pretrial disclosures
Willingness to provide unreasonable hospitality to clients and keep them well informed of the case process and development
