This role focuses on balance-sheet management and intercompany accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting across multiple ERP systems.

Responsibilities
Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end journal entries for the company and its subsidiaries
Perform and review complex balance sheet reconciliations
Record and reconcile intercompany transactions, including:
Loans, AR, AP, management fees, investments in subsidiaries
Transfer pricing entries and operating margin true-ups
Support foreign currency revaluation and prepare global foreign currency exposure reporting
Assist with AR reporting, allowance for doubtful accounts analysis, and global DSO reporting
Prepare complex supporting schedules and analytics used for executive-level reporting
Compile and analyze data from multiple ERP systems using Excel (heavy VLOOKUP usage)
Populate Excel-based data into PowerPoint slide decks delivered to the CFO (bad debt, AR analytics, reporting trends)
Assist with balance sheet analytics and monthly/quarterly financial schedules
Support year-end audits, tax filings, and other regulatory requests
Assist with SAP testing for upgrades and participate in Blackline Intercompany Hub implementation
Blackline will post to multiple ERP systems simultaneously to support non-trade transaction reconciliation
Assist with SOX documentation, control certifications, and other ad hoc projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
3–5+ years of corporate or public accounting experience
Strong intercompany accounting and balance sheet reconciliation experience
Advanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUPs, large data sets, reporting models)
Strong PowerPoint skills required (executive-level reporting)
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred
Experience working in multi-ERP, global accounting environments preferred
CPA, MAcc, MBA a plus
Blackline Intercompany Hub – Implementation in progress (experience helpful but not required)
Use of Office Connect (with Adaptive) and/or Think-Cell is a strong plus
