Responsibilities
Provide technical engineering support for sales and manufacturing of standard and custom-engineered products while ensuring compliance with company, safety, and certification standards
Design and engineer specialized products to meet customer specifications, including preparation and review of drawings, installation instructions, and product documentation
Perform engineering calculations, including stress analysis and finite element analysis (FEA), to ensure product performance and reliability
Develop accurate product quotations by determining pricing, lead times, costs, and tooling requirements, and supporting data in CPQ and ERP systems
Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to communicate technical information, support manufacturing, and drive continuous process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret manufacturing and engineering drawings
Advanced mathematical and analytical skills, including experience with stress calculations and engineering analysis
Working knowledge of engineering tools and systems such as CAD, PDM, ERP, CPQ, and Microsoft Office applications
Effective verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, safety, and attention to detail
1+ year hands-on engineering analysis experience, including stress calculations and basic FEA
1+ year experience using engineering or business systems such as CAD, ERP, CPQ, or PDM tools
