Responsibilities
Create, schedule, and maintain social media content (Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
Assist with blogging and long-form content (website, features, SEO-driven posts)
Request, upload, organize, and archive client photo galleries for marketing use
Maintain and update website content (copy, images, blog posts, links)
Manage and optimize online listings (Zola, The Knot, WeddingWire, and similar platforms)
Manage client reviews and strategically repurpose testimonials
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Track and manage incoming leads across platforms
Maintain lead tracking systems and reports
Analyze trends in lead sources and performance
Support initiatives that improve inquiry quality and conversion
Conduct competitor and market research
Identify new platforms, opportunities, and strategies to attract ideal clients
Assist with campaign planning and brainstorming to increase lead flow
Maintain vendor and referral partner lists
Assist with sales decks, service guides, and marketing presentations
Ensure all materials are current, polished, and on-brand
Qualification
Required
Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
Ability to work on-site in Okatie, SC one day per week
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort with social media platforms and content planning
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
Familiarity with Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or similar platforms
Strong written communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
