Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities
Set People & Culture goals that align with business and revenue objectives
Build leadership pipelines, identify successors, and support high-potential consultants
Track and report on culture health, people metrics, and engagement to the CEO and leadership team
Promote transparency, psychological safety, and continuous improvement
Partner with leadership to maintain 'Best Place to Work' standards across the company
Design and manage onboarding programs (US & India) with clear success metrics
Lead eNPS and engagement initiatives to improve retention and morale
Oversee performance management processes—competency models, reviews, and rewards
Use surveys and data to strengthen engagement and reduce turnover
Define and manage compensation structures, bonuses, equity, and benefits that balance attraction and profitability
Lead annual compensation reviews, vendor negotiations, and pay equity analysis
Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations in all operating regions
Partner with Legal and Finance to manage employment risks and audits
Set the roadmap for HR systems, automation, and analytics
Implement tools that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and employee self-service
Deliver dashboards and insights that inform workforce planning and performance
Use predictive analytics to forecast talent needs and support business strategy
Lead InRhythm’s employer brand and content strategy to strengthen market presence
Grow and manage the Consultant Community Platform—learning, recognition, and mentorship
Partner with the CEO and Marketing to position InRhythm as a 'Best Place to Work.'
Share success stories and thought leadership to attract top talent and clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
8–12+ years of HR or People Operations experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company
3+ years in a senior HR leadership role managing teams
Experience in IT consulting or professional services required
Proven success in scaling HR processes, improving retention, and driving engagement
Strong leadership, accountability, and communication skills
Expertise in HR systems, automation, and analytics
Knowledge of compensation strategy and benefits optimization
Experience with employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Preferred
SHRM certification
