Responsibilities
Producing and processing high‑volume printed communications
Operates large production‑class digital printers and automated folding and inserting equipment
Verifying print jobs against provided documentation
Completing all steps of the production process, including printing, folding, inserting, postage application, and final mail completion within strict deadlines
Adhering to all security, quality, and privacy standards when handling sensitive healthcare information
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a print production or mailroom environment
Proficiency with Microsoft business applications, including Excel, Outlook, and PDF tools
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Experience operating: Neopost or Pitney Bowes inserter machines
Experience operating: Xerox production‑class printers
