Responsibilities

Design, refine, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) across various use cases
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements
Test and evaluate prompt performance using structured experimentation and metrics
Develop reusable prompt templates, guidelines, and best practices
Reduce hallucinations, bias, and inconsistency in AI-generated responses
Fine-tune prompts for different tones, formats, and domains (technical, business, creative, etc.)
Document prompt logic, assumptions, and performance results
Stay updated on advancements in generative AI, LLM behavior, and prompt techniques
