Talent Acquisition Associate
Partners Capital is a growing company seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their People Team in Boston, MA. This role is vital for managing the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition team, including candidate experience, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Managing scheduling for candidates interviews across all levels for hiring in North America
Owning and maintaining candidate trackers and applications
Managing search update documentation prior to meetings with internal stakeholders
Scheduling and facilitating materials for case study interviews
Support internal recruiting efforts by drafting job descriptions, supporting direct source efforts, and tracking candidates during interview process
Collecting and processing new hire documentation and managing the onboarding of new employees, including conducting background checks, verifying employment eligibility and creating and maintaining accurate employee files
Creating and managing ad hoc reporting and research requests
Manage background check facilitation and assist with onboarding as needed
Responsible for ensuring all information security processes, policies and procedures are adhered to and any issues or concerns are raised with the Cyber Security team
Ensure full compliance with all local data protection regulations and privacy controls, and any related issues are raised via the appropriate channels
Key responsibilities will be regularly assessed and are subject to change from time to time based on the needs of the business. The individual may be required to work overtime as needed
Qualification
Required
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Excellent attention to detail
High degree of professionalism and interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to practice discretion and handle confidential information
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Comfortable working with databases and entering data with a high degree of accuracy
Strong customer service skills including professional telephone etiquette
Team player who is willing to do whatever it takes to contribute to the success of the business
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
