10+ years expeTeam is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data & Reporting Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading data using Power BI and Power Query, creating insightful reports and interactive dashboards, and delivering compelling presentations with commentary for senior management.

Responsibilities
Utilize Power Query to extract, clean, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI
Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI that visualize key business metrics and trends
Analyze data to identify key insights, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and impactful presentations to senior management, providing insightful commentary and actionable recommendations based on data findings
Ability to create executive level presentations. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into reporting solutions
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and analyses
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with Power BI for report and dashboard development
Strong proficiency in Power Query for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
Solid understanding of data modeling principles and best practices
Excellent with SQL for data querying
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
Proven ability to create compelling presentations and deliver insightful commentary to senior leadership
At least bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
10+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or reporting role
Preferred
Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik Sense)
