Accounting Internship - Tax Operating Divisions
The State of Ohio's Department of Taxation is seeking multiple College Interns to work in their Tax Operating Divisions. Interns will gain hands-on experience in taxation, connecting classroom knowledge with real-world tasks such as problem-solving tax issues and collaborating with management.

Responsibilities
Problem-solving tax issues, resolving items in suspense, assisting in revenue deposits, entering information regarding deposits and transfers, working on special projects, etc
Learn to read and interpret section Title 57 (Taxation) of the Ohio Revised Code and Chapter 5703 of the Ohio Administrative Code
Collaborate with management and peers on new ideas
Interact with taxpayers via phone, live-chat and web messaging
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be enrolled in college to qualify
