Lead day-to-day accounting operations for a high-volume business unit
Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, IT, and business leadership
Use data to tell a clear story and support better decision-making
Coach and develop a small accounting team while improving workflows and controls
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with leadership or team-lead exposure
ERP experience required (industry-specific systems a plus, but not mandatory)
Strong accounting fundamentals with a process-improvement mindset
Comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders
Preferred
Background in retail, hospitality, multi-site, or transaction-heavy environments
