Responsibilities
Project Tracking & Coordination
Maintain and update project boards in Monday.com, including task status, dependencies, deadlines, and ownership
Maintain project calendars and timelines
Coordinate internal meetings, check-ins, and milestone reviews
Track action items and follow up with team members as needed
Create, organize, and maintain project documentation, plans, and status reports
Ensure documentation is stored consistently and follows established standards
Assist with preparation of project summaries and updates for internal stakeholders
Act as a coordination point between internal teams, project managers, and external vendors or clients (as appropriate)
Distribute project updates and ensure clear, timely communication
Support consistent information flow across teams
Assist with tracking project expenses and budgets
Support invoice processing, purchase orders, or vendor documentation as needed
Help maintain basic financial tracking related to project activity
Monitor project progress and flag risks, delays, or missing information to the Portfolio Project Manager
Ensure tasks and milestones are accurately reflected and kept current across active projects
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or project support role
Hands-on experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to track multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Clear written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred
Prior experience supporting a Project Manager or PMO
Familiarity with project documentation and reporting
Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
