Responsibilities
Elegantly welcome and greet each client upon arrival, creating an immediate and positive first impression that embodies the Dior spirit
Discreetly ascertain the purpose of the client's visit, directing inquiries and anticipating needs with grace and efficiency
Introduce clients to the appropriate Brand Ambassadors, facilitating a personalized and effortless experience
Provide exceptional, anticipatory service, exceeding client expectations with a proactive and attentive approach
Offer curated tours of the boutique, providing suggested recommendations and insightful assistance
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Dior's collections, services, and heritage, including our exclusive spa offerings
Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing boutique technology and client management systems
Manage boutique traffic with discretion and maintain an orderly and inviting atmosphere
Support and participate in special events and clienteling initiatives
Support in maintaining highest standards of boutique presentation and ambiance at all times
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a related client-facing environment
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless service
A polished, poised, and professional demeanor, reflecting the elegance of the House of Dior
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with grace and composure
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to anticipating and resolving client needs
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business
Proficiency in modern technology and client relationship management (CRM) systems
