Assist on DNA extraction and activities related to Next-generation sequencing (NGS) platform
Tissue collecting and processing

QC and validation
Work on optimizing and automating all the processes in the lab

Qualification

Molecular BiologyDNA extractionNext-generation sequencingPCRMicrosoft OfficeCommunication skillsTeamwork

Required

Bachelor's degree in molecular biology, Genetics or a related field
Experience in Molecular Biology techniques such as isolation & quantification of DNA and RNA, PCR, and RT-PCR
Basic understanding of principles and techniques for DNA extraction
Understanding library preparation and validation for Next-Generation sequencing using Illumina platform would be a plus
Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment under critical deadlines
Ability to work effectively independently and as a part of a team
Strong interpersonal, organizational, written & verbal communication skills
Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
