Responsibilities
Provide litigation support to staff attorneys representing state agencies, handling Workers’ Compensation claims, this includes but is not limited to drafting settlement agreements and other legal pleadings, summarizing medical records, researching legal issues, file maintenance, scheduling, processing billing invoices, etc
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Benefits
