Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings (internal/external), coordinate travel, and handle general office tasks (filing, data entry)
Client & Lead Management: Maintain CRM databases, track progress of new clients, process service requests, and follow up with clients/vendors
Research & Reporting: Conduct market research, monitor trends, prepare reports, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities
Communication & Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between clients, sales teams, and other departments; draft communications and assist with presentations
Project Coordination: Manage multiple tasks, track project milestones, and ensure meticulous attention to detail
