Responsibilities
Conduct high‑volume B2B outbound collection calls with professionalism and confidence
Manage a portfolio of accounts, following up on outstanding invoices via phone and email
Accurately document all interactions and maintain detailed notes in internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes or account issues
Maintain a customer‑first approach while ensuring timely payment resolution
Qualification
Required
Open to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in collections OR customer service
Must be extremely comfortable on the phone, including handling higher call volumes
Strong phone etiquette and professional communication style
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliability and strong organizational skills
Ability to work onsite in the Pittsburgh, Ohio office as needed
Basic computer proficiency; prior exposure to AR or collections systems is a plus
