Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and external clients
Learn and apply core commercial real estate, building, and lease fundamentals
Assist in creating marketing materials and client presentations
Research local, regional, and national tenants and landlords
Identify, qualify, and pursue prospective companies and opportunities
Participate in and support property tours with brokers and clients
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated, sales-driven individuals who thrive in a commission-based, entrepreneurial environment
Professional demeanor with excellent communication and follow-up skills
Strong organizational skills and comfort with technology
Preferred
College degree preferred
Commercial real estate knowledge or brokerage experience is a plus, but not required
Illinois Real Estate Broker License (or willingness to obtain)
