2+ years expWOO design is a Los Angeles studio of WOO architects, known for their work on the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. They are seeking junior designers or architects who are passionate about sports and events, with excellent design skills and the ability to work efficiently in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Manage, produce and issue project documentation including detailed drawings, schedules and reports, adhering to agreed drawing and graphic standards
Build close relationships with clients, stakeholders and end users to ensure that requirements are understood and integrated into designs
Research, evaluate and develop solutions to architectural problems. Advise on the most appropriate design response to satisfy all constraints and opportunities
Work to agreed deadlines, allowing time for internal reviews
Report on progress to project leads at regular intervals
Track design changes using agreed processes
Collaborate closely with teams of other professionals such as engineers and construction managers as well as clients
Assess and comment on recommendations and information from other project consultants
Attend and report from site meetings as required and check on progress
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in a related subject
A high level of competency with Revit - minimum of 2 years demonstrable professional experience
Proficiency in other design software, including AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Must be available to work from our office in downtown Los Angeles and on site
Have authorization to work in the United States
