Enterprise Account Executive
FONpros is a dynamic and innovative healthcare startup based in San Diego, specializing in remote patient monitoring solutions for chronic diseases. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to drive the adoption of cutting-edge medical technology solutions within the physician community.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage prospective physician clinics
Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed financial targets
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, including physicians and their staff
Clearly communicate the value proposition the company’s solutions, emphasizing physician benefits and improved patient outcomes
Track and analyze sales metrics throughout the sales process
Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage the sales pipeline and track client interactions
Qualification
Required
4 to 8 or more years of quota-exceeding sales experience, ideally selling SaaS or tech-enabled services into physician practices
Experience selling against well-known industry solutions in practice management, patient intake, engagement, RPM, or CCM
Executive-level communication skills and the ability to lead high-stakes conversations with physicians and C-suite leaders
Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
Ability to link features to revenue growth and cost savings for clients
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
