Verifying and entering contracts, purchase orders, vendor invoices
Credit Card Reconciliation, coding and posting for authorized employees
Weekly Performance Deliverable Reports
Month End Processing and Closing, daily Cash Review
Daily use of Service Reynolds software
Revenue Tagging to determine which industries our customers represent
Calculate, Report and book Sales Tax (Monthly) & Local Taxes (Quarterly)
Assist in other clerical and accounting duties required to accomplish general accounting, accounts receivable, billing, payroll functions, bookkeeping and accounts payable functions
Qualification
Required
Motivated and detail-oriented
Experience in accounts payable
Experience in balancing
Bank Reconciliations; reviewing missed entries, communicating with Team to make necessary adjustments
Verifying and entering contracts, purchase orders, vendor invoices
Credit Card Reconciliation, coding and posting for authorized employees

Knowledge with journal entries and general ledger reconciliation
Attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately
Bank reconciliation: 1 year (Required)
Report processing: 1 year (Required)
Preferred
Proficiency in automotive software is a plus but not recommended
Ability to Commute: Pittsburgh, PA 15216 (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate: Pittsburgh, PA 15216: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
