Responsibilities

Provides administrative and clerical support to the team
Answer incoming calls and respond according to protocol
Correspond with clients via phone and e-mail communication
Assist with budgets and financing as needed
Help prepare meeting agendas and presentations
Manage calendar and schedule appointments
Arrange travel plans and itineraries
Assist with the preparation of expense reports in accordance with Accounts Payable’s policies and procedures
Maintain office supply stock
Responsible for conducting themselves in accordance with our Guiding Principles and exhibiting attributes matching the Way We Work
Greet all guests who arrive at the Manhattan office
Maintain an orderly lobby
Strive to build effective relationships with clients, vendors, and internal Manhattan employees
Performs general administrative tasks as necessary
Maintains conference rooms
Collects and sorts mail
Makes service calls and applicable order supplies
Signs for deliveries and notifies the appropriate recipient
Ships packages and materials as needed
Responsible for conducting themselves in accordance with our Guiding Principles and exhibiting attributes matching the Way We Work
Other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Three years of administrative/secretarial experience
Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
Ability to work constructively independently
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to understand and follow instructions
Functions effectively as part of a team
Transmits professionalism
Problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to physically stand, bend, sit for long periods, and squat throughout the day
Ability to repeat the same movements
Ability to communicate effectively and participate fully in meetings, video conferences, and phone calls
Use hands to type, handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or control
Occasionally lift, pull, or move up to 25 lbs
Occasional travel will be required, primarily in the metropolitan area but sometimes domestically (must have a valid Driver's License)
