Responsibilities
Develop compelling graphics for a variety of mediums, including digital/websites, social, email, presentations/Google Slides, paid media, events, and small- and large-scale print materials
Prepare and deliver accurate, print-ready and digital-ready files for packaging
Meticulously proof designs for alignment, resolution, colors, and overall accuracy before final delivery
Develop customer-facing presentations, using mostly Google Slides, in collaboration with sales or executives
Turn content-heavy slides into visually appealing layouts, graphics, animations, and formats
Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across projects
Develop new designs that evolve our brand and push our visual expression
Must be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders within marketing and across departments, whether via Zoom, Slack or email, to understand creative briefs and assignments, explain creative concepts, and hand off final deliverables
Must be able to stay on top of projects in various stages of flight, plan ahead, and project management yourself
Use tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to create prototypes and visual assets for digital products and web interfaces
Work with creative and marketing teams to translate concepts into polished visual designs that achieve project goals
Create reusable templates for consistent and efficient production workflows
Organize and maintain project files and archives to ensure version control and accessibility
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and abilities
Qualification
Required
3-5 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role, with a portfolio showcasing diverse design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
Proficiency in Google Slides and PowerPoint, including animation, master slides, and advanced formatting
Experience with digital design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
Familiarity with both digital production requirements (e.g., social media graphics, web assets) and print production processes (e.g., prepress standards, color management)
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail and professionalism
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and present ideas effectively, and demonstrated accountability
Preferred
Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere)
Working as an in-house designer, preferably on a Marketing team
