Administrative Assistant
Sovereign Brands is a family-owned, global wine and spirits company headquartered in Highland Park, IL. The Administrative Assistant will support the Executive Management team and manage general office responsibilities, product development, brand registration, and vendor relations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide support to executive management team
General administrative and office management
Maintain a detailed and organized process for new product development
Packing and shipping samples
Interpret data obtained from market research and surveys and utilize data to make effective business decisions
Contact potential customers through emails, telephone, etc
Establish good working relationships and rapport with clients
Research new product ideation and competitive information
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Organized and detail-oriented
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to manage projects from inception to final execution with little supervision
Commitment to meeting deadlines and going the extra mile
Ability to multi-task
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds
