Responsibilities

Perform intermediate to advanced deposit maintenance, (demand deposits, savings, and time deposits)
Perform deposit maintenance quality assurance functions
Identify risk and escalate concerns through proper channels
Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products, services, including other lines of business
Provide quality customer service by answering incoming calls regarding a wide range of questions and inquiries
Understanding of debits and credits

Required

Strong background with accounting/financial transactions in the banking industry
Experience with deposit servicing
Ability to perform intermediate to advanced deposit maintenance (demand deposits, savings, and time deposits)

Ability to identify risk and escalate concerns through proper channels
Knowledge of bank products and services, including other lines of business
Strong communication and diplomacy skills
Ability to provide quality customer service by answering incoming calls regarding a wide range of questions and inquiries
Understanding of debits and credits
