Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of the FR 2052a report, ensuring all detailed workpapers are complete and accurate
Perform top-level reconciliations to other regulatory filings (such as FR Y-15 and FFIEC 002) and ALM reports prior to submission
Conduct in-depth variance analysis and present findings to senior management
Provide regulatory input to other bank departments regarding the impact of proposed or existing transactions and new product developments
Maintain established contacts with regulators to clarify reporting issues and monitor upcoming changes
Coordinate with Internal Audit and manage examinations conducted by Federal and State regulators
Prepare formal responses to inquiries and comments from regulatory agencies and internal auditors
Participate in regulatory reporting industry groups to represent the firm and stay ahead of best practices

Comprehensive understanding of FR 2052a reporting requirements
Familiarity with the broader regulatory landscape, including FR Y-15 and FFIEC 002
Ability to interpret and implement new/revised reporting requirements as they occur
